The challenge

Event platforms carry a fixed date, a global audience, and many content owners. The World Governments Summit needed to leave a tightly coupled CMS setup behind without putting a live edition at risk.

The response

Moved WGS 2024, 2025, and 2026 to Sitefinity headless with a Next.js front end, integrated Salesforce APIs, THEOplayer streaming, and multi-site content workflows, and built the World Sports Summit 2025 platform on Strapi, Next.js, and AWS.

The challenge

Adapting a design to a smaller carpet looks like an AI problem. Measured on real designs drawn at every size, most of it is not: size, density, borders, and symmetry follow rules. Only redrawing motifs at a smaller knot budget defeated every sampling method.

The response

A deterministic Rust engine handles everything measurable, a local model redraws only the motifs, and an agent works on top through an MCP server and a versioned API. A custom WebGL2 renderer, a Next.js studio, and 29 written architecture decisions hold it together.

The challenge

The audience is people over 60 in many countries. That meant 15 languages, three kinds of screen, and no account to create, with anything a user enters staying on their device.

The response

One Expo and React Native codebase targets Android phones, Android TV, and the web, served from Cloudflare Workers and R2. A content studio compiles video, coach voice generated with ElevenLabs, and music into offline packages, and a shared, unit-tested session clock plays them back.

The challenge

The original AngularJS and ASP.NET MVC platform had reached the limits of the product’s next growth stage. The system needed stronger performance, clearer service boundaries, and a development model multiple squads could evolve safely.

The response

Directed a complete product and technical redesign around a React PWA, Go services, GraphQL gateway, Kafka event backbone, and multiple purpose-fit databases, including a Neo4j graph that recommended people and content.

The challenge

Each engagement combined a different brand, operating model, audience, and technical environment, requiring dependable delivery without forcing every product into the same solution.

The response

Built and led an agile development capability that translated creative and business requirements into dependable technical systems, including the Saudi Premier League platform for more than 250,000 users.
