About Saeed

I've spent my career building, rebuilding, and learning how technology earns trust.

I'm Saeed, a solution architect, engineering leader, and founder with more than two decades of experience. I still enjoy getting close to the problem, asking the awkward questions, and finding the simple idea hidden inside a complicated system.

My career has moved between building from zero and transforming what already exists: starting as an ASP.NET developer, delivering digital products across MENA, founding and scaling Profile, and now advising teams responsible for consequential enterprise platforms.

Today, I'm exploring Agentic AI, not as a trend but as a new architectural responsibility. I'm interested in where software can take bounded action, how we evaluate that behavior, and where human judgment must remain in the loop.

What I believe

Reliability is designed into the work.

01

Clarity over theatre

A sophisticated solution should make the system easier to understand, operate, and evolve.

02

Autonomy with boundaries

AI becomes useful when its tools, permissions, evaluation, and escalation paths are designed as carefully as the model.

03

Teams own the outcome

Good architecture leaves people with stronger judgment, not permanent dependence on the architect.

Beyond the work

A founder, a builder, and a lifelong systems student.

Founding Profile taught me that architecture is inseparable from product, people, timing, and constraints. The most elegant technical answer is not always the decision a company needs.

Outside delivery work, I write about Agentic AI, solution architecture, system design, and the judgment required to introduce new technology responsibly.
