• World Governments Summit 2024, 2025, 2026: Technical lead and solution architect with Omnia. Moved the platform to Sitefinity headless with a Next.js front end; integrated Salesforce APIs, THEOplayer streaming, and multi-site content workflows; ran architecture reviews and sprint planning.
• World Sports Summit 2025: Built the event platform on Strapi, Next.js, and AWS.
• Rail Logic, 2023: Senior frontend solution architect for the redesign of WHMS, the monitoring system used on BNSF Railway. Rebuilt it on React, Vite, and Tailwind with faster loads and a clearer dashboard.

• Toranj, a carpet design platform: Tools for Persian carpet designers: view a design from the whole carpet down to a single knot, recolor and correct it, adapt it to another size or loom density, and plan production. Rust engine, custom WebGL2 renderer, Python ML, and a Next.js studio, with 29 written architecture decision records.
• A deterministic engine handles everything measurable (size, density, symmetry, borders). A local model is used only for redrawing motifs at a smaller knot budget, where every sampling method failed, and an agent sits on top.
• The Toranj editor runs as a standalone service with a versioned REST API (OpenAPI 3.1) and an MCP server, so Claude can operate the editor directly and a separate consumer game runs on the same API.
• Bonadia: Short daily chair workouts for people over 60, in 15 languages, with a coach who speaks the user's language. One Expo and React Native codebase targets Android phones, Android TV, and the web; a content studio compiles video, ElevenLabs coach voice, and music into offline packages.

Professional social network and online meetings platform for Iranians, 25,000 users, six national awards.

• Led two squads across engineering, design, and product, 25 people at peak.
• Rebuilt an AngularJS and ASP.NET MVC monolith as a React PWA and 24 stateless Go services behind a GraphQL gateway, with Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Cut server response time by 75% and raised concurrent-user capacity by 40% on the same infrastructure; page loads 50% faster, engagement up 30%.
• Designed the recommendation layer on a Neo4j graph that suggested people to connect with and content to read, based on each member's network and activity.
